Hypericum tetrapterum is a delightful rafting aquatic plant used for flowering pond margins and creating a good habitat for pond creatures. It is very similar to the Hypericum Elodes, but has a more square stem. It has attractive green leaves, which are hairy and rounded, growing on its sturdy stalks which lead up to delicate yellow flowers. Each petal of the flower has beautifully subtle lines which cause a fine contrast. Hypericum Elodes is an evergreen plant, which means that the foliage of the plant persists and remains green throughout the year.
