1kg ‘Pink Fir Apple’ Seed Potatoes | Maincrop | Salad

An old French variety dating back to 1850, the solanum tuberosum “Pink Fir Apple” potato has made a revival in popularity over recent years. A late maincrop variety, these potatoes have a long, knobbly shape with a mixture of light brown and pink skin and store very well. They have a distinctive nutty flavour and are perfect for boiling or eating hot or cold in salads. Not often found in the shops, these unique potatoes are definitely worth growing in your garden.
