A delicious potato, perfect for salads, and even better for festive dishes
First introduced in 1973, “Nicola” potato is a popular salad potato that’s a great choice for the beginer gardener. The long ovular tubers have thin skin, a waxy texture, and creamy yellow flesh. They are excellent boiled, or served hot or cold in salads. The plant is of medium height and perfect for growing in bags or containers on your patio. It is a second early variety and a great choice if you want to grow your own potatoes for Christmas.
